Inductor issues,
1. The chosen inductor has a max current of 300ma, this max current has to be sized for the output current plus the ripple current. This means I would not run more than about 200ma on your output.

Current sense resistor power
Your resistor seems to be sized as an 0603, standard 0603 resistors have a power of 0.1W which means the max current allowed is 131mA at a minimum of 5.9 ohms.

That’s all I am going to review on my phone.

But, I am an electronics engineer and product designer. I also have a pick and place machine and reflow oven. I would like to work with you to redesign this, and do a small first run.
